Requirements
- Having identity card or passportDeshacer cambios.
- Having good credit history.
- Charter income if employed or 6 months current account statements if separate business.
- Endorsement of property insurance and life.
- If you live outside the country income tax for the last two years.
- Financial state a licensed accountant.
- Complete the loan application forms.
- If you are married (a) a copy of the identity of their partner.
Property Requirements
- Copy of certificate of title on both sides.
- Copy of the plans if it is a house and an apartment if the condominium bylaws.
- Certification of liens and encumbrances.
- IPI Certification (IVSS.)
- Property appraisal.
